Ambassadors and Champions

Photo of all five AmbassadorsThe Know Diabetes by Heart Ambassadors and Champions are a select group of volunteers living with type 2 diabetes and heart disease. By sharing their personal stories they are working to increase awareness to reduce cardiovascular deaths, heart attacks, cardiovascular disease and strokes in people living with type 2 diabetes.
